Job Stress & Burnout Therapy in Nashville
Therapist Christina Lafferty-Neal
I've lived in Nashville for 16 years and understand what it takes to keep up here.
As a therapist to musicians, executive assistants, and business owners who are constantly in motion, performing, and always on, you don’t have to explain the pressure.
You’re functioning, but fried.
Stress and burnout don’t always scream. Sometimes you don’t even realize the slow changes taking place, it just creeps in to quietly wear you down.
Stressed therapy clients come to me when they’re:
Glued to the phone
Stuck in high gear, no off switch
Always meeting others’ needs
Disconnected from their creativity
Exhausted and can’t stop pushing
Career is their identity
WONDERING IF I CAN HELP?
How Stress & Burnout Therapy With Me Works
WE’LL PULL FROM:
-
You’ll learn how to ground, reset, and rest. Together we’ll build skills for regulating your nervous system so you’re not white-knuckling your way through life.
-
We’ll get to know the parts of you that feel exhausted, overworked, lonely, or stuck. We’ll care for the overwhelmed parts of you and unburden them so you can reconnect with who you are at your core.
-
We’ll look at how your schedule serves or drains you. Then we’ll build real boundaries, both energetic and practical. Time for yourself isn’t a luxury; it’s a requirement.
-
These trauma-informed therapies help soften the rigidity in your mind and body. You’ll stop living in fight or flight and begin to access creativity, clarity, and calm.

After Therapy, Life Feels Different
Work can be meaningful and even fulfilling, and still leave you completely exhausted.
My goal is to help you be steady, supported, and like yourself again.
Clients often describe changes like:
Better boundaries, no guilt
Finding room for what fills them back up
Protected time and energy
Reconnected with their creativity
Have a sense of purpose & identity again
It’s not about quitting. It’s about building a life that is more like yours.
Hey, I’m Christina.
People come to me when they’re burned out, stuck in survival mode, or overwhelmed by the pressure to always be “on.” I offer therapy for adults in high-stress jobs who want to feel more balanced in their bodies, more grounded in their lives, and more connected to themselves outside of work.
Therapy with me is practical, deep, and nervous-system informed. We’ll move at your pace, never rushing your process. Clients often tell me they feel truly seen and supported in our work together and that the changes they notice show up both emotionally and physically.
I believe therapy should not only help you recover from burnout but also give you the tools to create more choice, steadiness, and ease in your everyday life.
Before private practice, I spent over a decade working with people navigating trauma and high-pressure environments. That time taught me how to meet people in their hardest moments with steadiness, care, and deep respect for what it takes to heal and keep going.
