I use somatic and evidence-based therapies to help you slow down, set real boundaries, and reconnect with yourself. This isn’t about pushing harder or pretending you’re fine. It’s about learning the tools your body and nervous system need so you can move through stress with more clarity, steadiness, and choice.

WE’LL PULL FROM:

  • You’ll learn how to ground, reset, and actually rest. Together, we’ll build skills for regulating your nervous system so you’re not white-knuckling your way through every day.

  • We’ll get to know the parts of you that feel overworked, tired, lonely, or stuck in “go mode.” These parts aren’t bad — they’re trying to help. We’ll care for them, listen to them, and begin to unburden the pressure they’ve been carrying so you can reconnect with who you are at your core.

  • We’ll take an honest look at what drains you and what restores you — then build real, sustainable boundaries around your time and energy. Because time for yourself isn’t indulgent; it’s necessary.

  • These trauma-informed therapies s help release the tension your body holds onto. You’ll start to feel less reactive, more centered, and more able to access creativity, clarity, and calm.

Hey, I’m Christina.

People usually find their way to me when they’re burned out, stuck in survival mode, or just plain tired of keeping up appearances. I offer therapy to adults in high-stress jobs who want to feel more balanced in their bodies, more grounded in their lives, and more connected to who they are outside of work.

Therapy with me is practical, deep, and always nervous-system informed. We move at your pace — never rushing what needs time. Clients often tell me they feel genuinely seen and supported in our work together, and that the changes they notice show up not just in their emotions, but in how their whole body feels.

I believe therapy should help you do more than just bounce back from burnout — it should give you the tools to build a life that feels steady, flexible, and a little more like you.

Before starting my private practice, I spent over a decade working with people navigating trauma and high-pressure environments. That experience taught me how to meet people in their hardest moments with steadiness, care, and deep respect for what it takes to heal and keep going.

  • Fill out the contact form. I’ll always respond. And if I’m not the right fit, I’ll offer a thoughtful referral to someone who might be.

  • We’ll take a few minutes to see if working together feels like a good fit. If it does, we’ll go ahead and schedule your first session.

  • In our first few sessions, we’ll get to know each other and begin building safety and trust. I’ll learn more about your history, your nervous system, and how I can best support you. This is our time to see how this work can serve you.
